1. Returns

• We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return:
  – The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  – Proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) is required.
  • Items purchased on sale or marked as “final sale” are not eligible for return.
  • International orders are currently not eligible for returns.

2. Return Shipping Charges

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during return transit.

3. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original method of payment or as store credit (as per your preference).
  • Please note that banks and payment gateways may take additional time to reflect the refund.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  • Partial refunds may be granted if items are returned damaged or with missing parts not due to our error.

4. Exchanges

• We offer exchanges only for defective or damaged products.
  • If you wish to exchange for a different size or product, please initiate a return and place a new order.

 

5. Damaged or Defective Products

• If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at modernoasisindia@gmail.com /+91-8982939525 with images and order details.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

6. Non-Returnable Items

• Customized products, personalized items, and products purchased during clearance sales are not eligible for return or refund.

7. How to Initiate a Return

  • We will guide you through the return process and share the return address.
